Description
This is an option available by switching the robot safety monitoring function
with safety IO. 4F-SF002-01 is used for the CR800 controller. 4F-SF003-05 is
used for the CR800 series controllers. The following functions are available.
SS1 (STO), SS2 (SOS), SLS, SLP
This is a CR800-R/CR860-R controller function available by switching the
robot safety monitoring function through safety communication. The following
functions are available.
SS1 (STO), SS2 (SOS), SLS, SLP
This is an interface between robot controller's safety functions and external
safety devices. Safety inputs/outputs are used to switch the robot's safety
monitoring function. Safety IO or safety communication is available. To use a
robot safety option, select safety IO. To use the safety communication
function, select safety communication.
This is a functional safety-compatible MELSEC iQ-R series I/O module that
acts as a CC-Link IE TSN remote station.
The module is referred to as a safety remote I/O module in this manual.
