Information that can be looked up
In the "About" dialog, the following information can be looked up:
● Firmware
● Foot Control Serial Number
● Hardware Version
● Motor Serial Number
● Battery charge level

Update

Activating the "Update" button checks whether a USB stick with valid
software is plugged in. In a new window, you can agree to perform the
update or cancel it.
For more information on the update, refer to "Perform an update
[→ 62]".

Selection of activation method

Selecting the activation method of the motor:
● Foot Control
● Finger Switch
To use the foot control, it must first be paired once with the unit, see
more at "Pairing the foot control with the unit [→ 54]".
When the unit is paired with the foot control and activation method "Foot
Control" is selected, a shoe icon appears in the header of the screen.
5.2.6

Connecting the foot control

In this dialog, you can pair the optional foot control with the unit.
Pairing needs to be done only once per foot control. Both devices
remember the set connection.
After successful pairing, the serial number of the foot control is shown in
this display.

Online resources

In this dialog level, there is a QR code that can be read with a scanner
and opens a website with further information on the X-Smart Pro/Pro+
unit.
In this website, you can find the SW updates for your X-Smart Pro/Pro+.
