1.
Place the blade (not included) on the bushing
(Fig. 6-1) between the inner flange washer
(Fig. 6-2) and the flange washer (Fig. 6-3).
1.1 Make sure the blade is positioned to
rotate in the correct direction for that blade.
2.
Make sure the flange washer is tu rned so
that it fits the axle.
3.
Lock the shaft.
4.
Insert the combination spanner (#27) into
the hole in the cutting head (#25) and
rotate the blade until it is locked (Fig. 7).

Check that the blade guard is not cracked or
damaged and fits smoothly over the blade.
2.
Press the ends of the guard against your
workpiece.
3.
Using the adjustment handle, adjust the guard so that rear
section is flush with the workpiece (Fig. 8).
The throttle trigger lockout is designed to prevent
accidental operation of the tool. It must be
depressed before the trigger can be engaged.

Depress the throttle trigger lockout (Fig. 9).
