47 Standstill and disposal

m
Risk of personal injury!
When dismantling, limbs/fingers can be crushed, drawn in, trapped or severed due to the unintended activation of the
fan.
When dismantling, limbs can be injured between components. Wear protective footwear and gloves.
m
Danger to life due to electric shock!
When dismantling, live parts can be exposed, which can result in electric shock if touched. Before dismantling,
isolate the unit from the mains power supply and protect against being switching on again!
Electrical work must only be carried out by an authorised electrician.
− Fully isolate electrical connection from mains power supply. The unit must be disconnected from the mains power
supply before dismantling or standstill.
− Use appropriate lifting equipment and fastening devices to dismantle the fan.
− Observe the instructions in the electric motor maintenance manual for decommissioning the motor.
