4）Installation of Power Tilt Ass'y
Fully tilt up outboard motor and lock with tilt stopper 1.
1.
Install bushing 3 on the tilt cylinder rod 2.
2.
Attach pivot bushings 5 (2) to clamp bracket 1.
3.
Place power tilt ass'y 6 between clamp brackets 1.
4.
Put tilt cylinder pivot pin (lower) 2 in the hole of clamp
5.
bracket 1 to secure power tilt ass'y 6.
Put washer 3 and bolt 4 on the pin (lower) 2 and tighten
6.
the bolt to specified torque.
Retaining screw 4 :
13N･m（9.4lb･ft） 〔1.3kgf･m〕
