Power Tilt Switch (engine pan)

POWER TILT SWITCH
The power tilt switch is located on the
engine pan. It is a rocker switch with
UP and DN (down) positions for
changing the angle of the outboard
motor.
The power tilt switch will operate
without turning the ignition switch
ON.
This switch is used with the engine
stopped to raise the outboard motor
for mooring, trailering, or
maintenance.
CONTROLS AND FEATURES
The power trim/tilt switch located on
the outboard (engine pan) is not
limited by the tilt limit mechanism
(optional equipment for remote
control types) and will provide full
range of movement.
