3. Remove the battery cover to access the 12 Vdc battery at the rear of the machine
1. 12 Vdc Battery cover
4. With the engine off, measure the 12 Vdc battery voltage. It should be 12.5 to 12.8 volts.
5. Start the engine.
6. Measure the battery voltage while the engine is running. It should be more than 12.8 volts. Readings of
13.8 to 14.5 volts are typical.
