Preparing the Machine

Preparing the Sprayer System
CAUTION
Chemicals are hazardous and can cause
personal injury.
• Read the directions on the chemical labels
before handling the chemicals and follow
all manufacturer recommendations and
precautions.
• Keep chemicals away from your skin.
Should contact occur, wash the affected
area thoroughly with soap and clean water.
• Wear goggles and any other protective
equipment recommended by the chemical
manufacturer.

Move the machine to a level surface, fully press
in the brake pedal, set the parking brake, turn off
the engine, and remove the key.
2.
Clean the sprayer; refer to Cleaning the Sprayer
in the Operator's Manual for the machine.
Note:
Take caution while disconnecting any
hoses during the installation of this kit and have
a catch bucket ready for any solutions remaining
in the hose.

Install the delay timer and dash switch.

Finish the rinse tank kit installation.
Disconnecting the Battery
WARNING
Electrical sparks can cause the battery gasses
to explode, resulting in personal injury.
Incorrect battery cable routing could damage
the sprayer and cables, causing sparks.
• Always disconnect the negative (black)
battery cable before disconnecting the
positive (red) cable.
• Always connect the positive (red) battery
cable before connecting the negative
(black) cable.
Battery terminals or metal tools could short
against metal sprayer components, causing
sparks.
• When removing or installing the battery,
do not allow the battery terminals to touch
any metal parts of the sprayer.
• Do not allow metal tools to short between
the battery terminals and metal parts of
the sprayer.
• Always keep the battery strap in place to
protect and secure the battery.
