6.4.8.
Internal MODBUS TCP network interface
The Ethernet communications cables connected to the energy storage enclosure (Section 6.4.5), Power
Exchanger Interface (6.4.6.1), and generator interface (6.4.6.2) are connected to the Ethernet switch A1,
located in the UPS APS enclosure. Figure 6.9 shows the location of these ports on the Ethernet switch.

Auxiliary AC power outputs
The MV UPS has available two auxiliary three-phase power supplies, for use as and when required.
The first power supply is internally fed, so is continuously available. This may be required, for example,
by the Energy Storage enclosure(s) for fan supply. This is available at the downstream ports of MCB-Q46
at the APS enclosure.
The second power supply is re-routed from the external three-phase site supply. Refer to Section 6.4.2.
This is available at the downstream ports of MCB-Q47 at the APS enclosure.
6.4.10. Auxiliary DC power outputs
The MV UPS provides 24 Vdc auxiliary power supply for various remote I/O interfaces. Table 6.3 shows
the terminals' configuration. The current on each output must not exceed 5 A.
