Thread trimming

9.2 Driver

Proper setting
If the driver (4) touches the casing (5), the thread-pulling knife (2)
should have the distance (A) = 0.5 to 1 mm on its left edge opposite
the fishplate (1).

1. Tilt the machine ( p. 12).
2. Loosen the screw (3).
3. Shift the trimming knife (2) as per proper setting.
4. Place the driver (4) on touch with casing (5).
5. Tighten the screw (3).
