· Why can't I get a connection to my subdevices?
For subdevices with IP interface there are the
following possible error sources:
1. The devices are not on the same network or
the network cable is not connected
2. The IP address of one of the two devices was
not configured or not configured correctly
3. The IP interface of one of the devices is defec-
tive, please send the device in
· Why does the controller switch off the load
groups without being asked?
1. Please check the setpoint and, if necessary,
the maximum value limitation
2. If the controller displays an alarm, it is neces-
sary to check it beforehand, e.g.: in case of an
emergency stop alarm or main meter alarm, all
load groups will be switched off.
