Securing the burner to the boiler

Prepare a suitable lifting system hooking to the
rings A (Fig. 12 a pag. 17).
The two drawings show how to apply the burner to a burner of the
water pipe type with a burner hole in the refractory
material (Fig. 14). Take care to place the supplied thermal insu-
lation screen between the burner and boiler front 1)(Fig. 14).

Gas feeding

Explosion danger due to fuel leaks in the pres-
ence of a flammable source.
Precautions: avoid knocking, attrition, sparks and
heat.
Make sure the fuel interception tap is closed be-
fore performing any operation on the burner.
The fuel supply line must be installed by qualified
personnel, in compliance with current standards
and laws.

Gas feed connection to the burner

Burner connection
The connection of the burner to the gas train is made through a
flange attachment on the gas butterfly valve. The size of the
flange is given in Paragraph "Maximum dimensions" on page 8.
Use the relative adapters to connect the gas flange to the train,
supplied as accessories.
Pilot burner connection
The burner has a special gas train that is fixed to the side of the
air box. It should be connected to the main train downstream the
filter or the pressure adjuster (depending on configuration). The
version for natural gas is shown in Fig. 15

Installation
The seal between burner and boiler must be
airtight.
