Securing the burner to the boiler

Provide an adequate lifting system of the burner.
Divide the combustion head from the rest of the burner, as shown
in Fig. 16; you have to:
 loosen the 4 screws 3) and remove the cover 1);
 remove screws 2) from the two slide bars 5);
 disconnect connector of gas servomotor;
 disconnect the socket of the maximum gas pressure
switch 14);
 remove the 2 screws 4);
 draw the burner back on the slide bars 5) by about 100 mm;
 disconnect the electrode and ionisation probe cables, then
completely slide out the burner from the slide bars.
 Fix the flange 9) to the plate of the boiler interposing the
insulating flange gasket 8) supplied with the unit.
 Use the 4 screws supplied, with a tightening torque of 35 ÷
40 Nm, after protecting their thread with anti-seizing
products.
The burner-boiler seal must be hermetic; after
burner start-up check there is no leakage of flue
gases into the external environment.
WARNING
Pay particularly attention to the external gas
pipes 15 (Fig. 16) during the burner fixing to
the boiler in order to avoid to damage them.

Access to head internal part

In order to extract the combustion head, proceed as follows:
 unscrew the nuts 1) (Fig. 17);
 extract the internal part 2) of the combustion head.
To reassemble the combustion head, carry out the operations in
reverse, tightening the nut 1) at the end.
