Possible cause
A ▪ Master switch switched off
▪ Defective fuse
▪ Electrical connection incorrect or not
connected (alarm displayed)
B ▪ Remote ON/OFF contact has been
removed.
▪ Overcurrent at the motor (alarm
displayed)
C ▪ Air in the system
▪ Shut-off elements closed
E01 ▪ Excessive temperature
E02 ▪ Overcurrent
▪ In the case of externally forced flow,
alarm E17 is active in addition.
E03 ▪ Internal fault
E04 ▪ Pump rotor blocked

▷ For any work performed to remedy faults, observe the relevant information
given in this operating manual and/or in the product literature provided by the
accessories manufacturer.
If problems occur that are not described in the following table, consultation with the
customer service is required.
A Pump is running, but does not deliver
B Pump starts up but stops again immediately
C Noises during pump operation
Remedy
▪ Check master switch.
▪ Check fuse.
▪ Check electrical connection of the pump.
▪ Fit connecting bridge for remote ON/OFF function.
▪ Vent the system and the pump.
▪ Open the shut-off elements.
▪ Let the pump cool down for some minutes. Manually
▪ Verify that the fluid temperature and ambient temperature
▪ De-energise the pump for 1 minute; then re-energise it.
