1. Start the frequency converter.
2. Increase the value in parameter 121
(proportional amplification) until the
feedback signal (FB) oscillates
constantly. Reduce the value until the
oscillation ceases. Reduce further
(0.4-0.6 times).
3. Reduce the value in parameter 122
(integration time) until the feedback
signal (FB) oscillates again. Increase
the value until the oscillation ceases.
Then increase further 1.15-1.5 times.
4. Parameter 123 (differentiation time) is
only used in fast systems. The typical
value is the integration time divided
by 4.
5. Reduce control range if necessary
(parameter 120) to reduce over-
shooting.
Note:
The drive should be started / stopped
repeatedly to ensure stability.
