3. With the platform in the transport (stowed) position:
a. Drive the machine on a grade, not to exceed the rated gradeability, and stop
to ensure the drive motor brakes hold.
b. Check the tilt indicator light to ensure proper operation. The light should be
illuminated if tilted beyond allowed settings in
page 33
Note: When the tilt indicator warning is activated, drive and lift up functions are dis-
abled and the platform must be fully lowered (stowed) to drive
