11. Platform Gate – Keep gate and surrounding area clean and unobstructed. Ensure
the gate closes properly and is not bent or damaged. Keep gate closed at all times
except when entering/ exiting the platform and loading/unloading materials.
12. Lanyard Anchorage Points – JLG Industries, Inc. recommends personnel in the
platform wear a full body harness with a lanyard attached to an authorized
lanyard anchorage point.
If the machine does not operate properly, turn off the machine immediately! Report
the problem to the proper maintenance personnel. Do not operate the machine
until it is declared safe for operation.
