Crushing and Collision Hazards
Approved head gear must be worn by all operating and ground personnel.
Watch for obstructions around machine and overhead when driving. Check
clearances above, on sides, and bottom of platform during all operations.
During operation, keep all body parts inside platform railing.
Keep hands and limbs out of the scissor arm assembly during operation and when
elevated without safety prop engaged.
Always post a lookout when driving in areas where vision is obstructed.
