Sound noti cations of malfunctions settings are available for all hubs with rmware
version OS Malevich 2.15 or higher.
Sound noti cations of malfunctions are supported by KeyPad S Plus with rmware
version 5.57.5.0 or higher.

If battery of any device is low
Sound noti cations of malfunctions appear when the keypad indication is
nished. If several malfunctions occur in the system, the keypad will notify
about the loss of connection between the device and the hub rst.
Malfunctions
When a malfunction is detected, the Ajax app displays a malfunction counter on
the device icon. All malfunctions are shown in the device states. Fields with
malfunctions will be highlighted in red.
Indication
Two short sound signals,
Malfunction indicator Х
twice.
Beep once per minute until all
devices in the system are
online.
Two short sound signals,

Beep once per minute until the
keyboard in the system is
online.
Three short sound signals,
Malfunction indicator Х
three times.
Beep once per minute until the
battery is restored or the
device is removed.
