Journeyman Ductable Oil Indirect-Fired Heater

3. Remove the four bolts securing the motor to the motor
mount plate.
4. Reach inside and loosen the hub set screw of the fan
blade.
5. Remove the fan blade from the motor shaft.
6. Pull the motor out of the heater.
• Lubrication of the motor bearings are not required.
• The bearings are permanently lubricated.
Fan Blade Replacement
1. Perform motor removal procedure.
2. Remove the fan blade from the heater.
NOTE: When installing the new fan blade, ensure the fan
blade hub is flush on the motor shaft end and the set
screw is positioned over the flat part of the motor shaft
before tightening the set screw.

training and knowledge of liquid fuel heaters
