as the scratch tape is loaded, then a series of messages will appear on the LCD as the drive copies the dump to the cartridge.
When the drive is finished writing to the cartridge, the following will appear on the LCD:
Press the SELECT button to unload the scratch cartridge. The following will be blinking on the LCD:

Remove the scratch tape from slot 2.

Press SELECT to return to DUMPTOTAPE.
If the DUMPTOTAPE function fails, an appropriate drive error code will appear on the LCD. Refer to the Drive Error Code table
later in this chapter for a detailed description of the drive error codes.

DRV POST

After entering the DIAG MENU, press and hold the MODE button until DRV MAINT appears on the LCD.

Press the SELECT button to access the DRV MAINT sub-functions. DRV DIAGS will be displayed on the LCD.

Press the NEXT button repeatedly until the following appears on the LCD:
