ASSEMBLY AND SET UP

Table Extension
The shaper has one extension wing that installs on
the front of the main table.
1. Place the table extension face down on the main
table.
2. Remove and retain the three bolts and washers
installed into the main table.
3. Flip the extension table over and align the
mounting holes and install the three bolts and
washers.
4. Use a level to align the extension to the main
table. Then extension needs to be both level and
flush at the seam between the two tables.
5. Hold the extension in this position and fully tighten
the three bolts.

Dust Hood, Fence and Guard Assembly

1. Position the dust hood / guard assembly on the
main table and align the adjustment slots over the
set of threaded mounting holes closest to the T-
slot (A).
2. Install and lightly tighten the hood lock levers and
washers (B).
