22. Loosen the thumbscrew and remove the main charger by
pulling it toward you.

23. Clean the developing unit area with a vacuum cleaner and a
soft cloth.
24. Wipe the SELFOC lens by moving a Toraysee cloth (listed in
Table 2 on page 80) from the inner part of the printer toward
you. Wipe the lens several times until there is no more dirt on
the cloth.
CAUTION
When wiping the SELFOC lens, be certain not to apply
excessive force to the drum surface potential sensor near the
SELFOC lens, as this may dislocate the sensor. (If this
happens, contact your service representative.)
NOTE: Always wipe the SELFOC lens with the unused side of the
Toraysee.
