f The adjustment range of [ZOOM SHIFT] is restricted by the input signal and the enlargement amount. Adjust within the effective adjustment
range.
f The position of the image cannot be changed without enlarging the image size.

[MULTI IMAGE PROJECTION]

Set [MULTI IMAGE PROJECTION] when combining projected images from multiple projectors to create one large
image.
Setting [ADJUST MODE]
Set the adjustment mode when using multi-image projection.
When connecting up to 4 projectors via the <HDMI OUT> terminal and combining their projected images
horizontally to form a single unified image, set [ADJUST MODE] to [AUTO] to use the automatic adjustment
function. The automatic adjustment function allows automatically setting the values of [POSITION DATA]
([ASPECT], [SHIFT] and [ZOOM]) of the projectors that are combined to form a single unified image.
1)
Press as to select [MULTI IMAGE PROJECTION].
2)
Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [MULTI IMAGE PROJECTION] screen is displayed.
3)
Press as to select [ADJUST MODE].
4)
Press qw to switch the item.
f The items will switch each time you press the button.

f [ADJUST MODE] cannot be set when the input is COMPUTER, NETWORK or MEMORY VIEWER.
f If [ADJUST MODE] is set to [AUTO], make sure to set the following menu items to the same settings for all connected projectors. In addition,
set the position of the projected image in [ORDER] for each connected projector (setting the leftmost image to [1]).
g [NUMBER OF PROJECTORS]
g [EDGE BLENDING] → [LEFT]/[RIGHT] → [WIDTH]
g [POSITION DATA] → [ASPECT]
g [SCREEN FORMAT]
f You can also manually adjust [ASPECT], [SHIFT] and [ZOOM] of [POSITION DATA] even if [ADJUST MODE] is set to [AUTO]. However,
in this case if you perform the following operations after manually adjusting [POSITION DATA], the settings of [POSITION DATA] will be
changed automatically.
g Change the setting of [SCREEN FORMAT], [NUMBER OF PROJECTOR] or [ORDER].
g Switch [EDGE BLENDING] to [ON] or [OFF].
g Switch [EDGE BLENDING] → [LEFT]/[RIGHT] to [ON] or [OFF].
g Change the setting of [EDGE BLENDING] → [LEFT]/[RIGHT] → [START]/[WIDTH]

Operation
Press the w button.
Press the q button.
Press the a button.
Press the s button.
Select this item when connecting up to 4 projectors via the <HDMI OUT> terminal and combining
their projected images horizontally to form a single unified image.
For details on conection, refer to "Connecting example when using multi-image projection with
automatic adjustment" (x page 41).
Select this item when combining projected images from multiple projectors horizontally and / or
vertically. When [MANUAL] is selected, manually set the values of [POSITION DATA] ([ASPECT],
[SHIFT] and [ZOOM] of each projector.
Adjustment
The image position moves to the right.
The image position moves to the left.
The image position moves up.
The image position moves down.
