[POSITION] menu

On the menu screen, select [POSITION] from the main menu, and select an item from the submenu.
Refer to "Navigating through the menu" (x page 63) for the operation of the menu screen.

f When the optional DIGITAL LINK output supported device (Model No.: ET-YFB100G, ET-YFB200G) is connected to the <DIGITAL LINK/
LAN> terminal, adjust the shift and aspect from the menu of DIGITAL LINK output supported device first.

[SCREEN ADJUSTMENT]

You can correct various types of distortion in a projected image. Unique image processing technology enables
projection of a square image on a special screen shape.
Also, the projected image size can be reduced using the Digital Zoom Extender function. Use this function when
projecting from a longer distance than usual due to the installation environment.
1) Press as to select [SCREEN ADJUSTMENT].
2) Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [SCREEN ADJUSTMENT] screen is displayed.
3) Press as to select one item to adjust.
[DIGITAL ZOOM EXTENDER] Select this item when using the Digital Zoom Extender function to reduce the projected image size.
[DIGITAL IMAGE SHIFT]
[KEYSTONE]
[CORNER CORRECTION]
[CURVED CORRECTION]
[GRID ADJUSTMENT]
Note
f Only one item of [KEYSTONE], [CORNER CORRECTION] and [CURVED CORRECTION] can be enabled. If you perform the setting of
[KEYSTONE], [CORNER CORRECTION] or [CURVED CORRECTION] and then perform the setting of the other items, the value of the
previous items will be reset.
f The image quality will deteriorate when the projected image size is reduced or the distortion correction amount increases. It is
recommended to install the projector so that correction of the projected image is as small as possible.
f When image correction is performed with [SCREEN ADJUSTMENT], the image size also changes.
Using the Digital Zoom Extender function
When projecting from a longer distance than usual due to the installation environment, reduce the projected
image size so that it can fit the screen.
1) Press as to select [SCREEN ADJUSTMENT].
2) Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [SCREEN ADJUSTMENT] screen is displayed.
3) Press as to select [DIGITAL ZOOM EXTENDER].
4) Press qw to switch the item.
f The items will switch each time you press the button.
[OFF]
[100%] ~ [80%]
f Proceed to Step 5) if anything other than [OFF] and [100%] is selected.
5) Press as to select [DIGITAL IMAGE SHIFT].
6) Press the <ENTER> button.

Chapter 4 Settings - [POSITION] menu
Adjusts the image position as necessary when the Digital Zoom Extender function is used to reduce
the projected image size.
Select this item when correcting any trapezoidal distortion in the projected image.
Select this item when correcting any distortion in the four corners of the projected image.
Select this item when correcting any curved distortion in the projected image.
Select this item when correcting any distortion in the projected image by adjusting the control points
on the grid pattern.
Disables the [DIGITAL ZOOM EXTENDER] function.
Enables the Digital Zoom Extender function and sets the projected image size.
The value will be switched by 1% each time you press the button.
