Assembly of electric ballast tray

NOTICE:
Four (4) persons are necessary to assemble the top canopy.
The top canopy is fixed into position with four hooks in the top supports.
Safety latches which are let into the top supports prevent the top canopy
from being accidentally moved. The safety latches are secured with two
screws.
 Four (4) persons carry the top canopy to the assembly site.
 Lift the top until the nooks in the top canopy fit into the hooks of the rear
column.
 Let the top canopy slowly down and push it from above into the hooks.
 Close the safety latches, loosen the screws,
- push the latches in the rear into the support,
- fasten screws.
 Perform the hose connections to the SunFresh system.
blue hose = supply hose
green hose = discharge hose
- push the blue ring at the hose coupling and hold
- push the hose into the connection until you have reached the
stop position.

green hose = discharge hose
- Let the blue ring go.
- Check the hose for close fit.
 Feed the top canopy cables to the main control board on the electric
ballast tray,
- unroll cables and lay out the cables for
- feeding cables through the expansion bellows down below
the sunbed bench.
 Fasten connection cables of top canopy with cable ties to the top
canopy supports.
