Due to the dimension and weight of the unit it is rarely possibly to move the
assembled unit to the place of installation
The ICON46 can be disassembled into components which can be easily
handled and reassembled:
■ top canopy
■ sunbed bench
■ head- and footend construction
■ ground plate
■ rear column
For transport purposes the top canopy is fixed in a closed position. The
top canopy hinges are therefore fixed with a screw to the rear column. The
screws are at the head - and at the footend side.
Before the top canopy can be opened, these screws must be removed.
At the front, push the top canopy down and hold down.
Remove the screws

Keep the screws for further use.
Open the top canopy
The backlighting lamp (9) is fixed to two holding plates. These plates are
screwed with two thumb screws to the sunbed construction.
Unplug the supply cable
Loosen the thumb screws and remove.
Disassemble the backlighting lamp and store in a safe place for further
use.

The electric ballast tray is positioned at the footend side below the sunbed
bench.
The ballast tray is equipped with wheels and can be moved forwards and
backwards.
For transport purposes the electric ballast tray is fixed with brackets to the
ground plate.
