6.4.5 Assembly of the pump

1. Screw the tie bolts 0905.00 into the lantern
0340.00.

3. Assemble lantern 0340.00.

5. Grease the seat of discharge casing 0107.00.
Use Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 from Hilge assem-
bly tool kit (pos. 6, Fig. 55).
6. Assemble discharge casing 0107.00.

8. Slide assembly sleeve from Hilge assembly tool
kit (pos. 3, Fig. 55) onto pump shaft.

Assemble the pump in this way:
2. Push deflector / V-ring 0507.00 onto the motor
shaft up to the stop.

4. Fix lantern 0340.00.
Use hexagon nuts 0920.09 and spring washers
0934.06 to do this.

7. Adjust discharge casing 0107.00 via discharge
branch by using a spirit level.

9. Spray pump shaft with clean water.
10. Use spray bottle from Hilge assembly tool kit
(pos. 2, Fig. 55).
