Installing The Drives Into The Enclosure - HPE J2000 Flash Installing And Configuring

Ensure that the enclosure is fully seated and cannot be pushed farther back into the rail kits.
5. Press the release tab and push the J2000 fully into the rack.
6. Secure the J2000 to the rack using the thumbscrews on the chassis ears.

Installing the drives into the enclosure

Prerequisites
Review Drive enclosure safety considerations.
Procedure
1. Prepare the drive by pressing the drive latch and pivoting the release lever to the full open position.
2. Insert the drive into the enclosure drive slot, sliding it as far as it will go. As the drive meets the backplane, the release
lever automatically begins to rotate closed.
