Solution
Inspect for hardened material or
obstructions to flow.
Attempt to purge material at a
reduced flow rate.
Reduce operating pressure by
reducing flow rate and/or restric-
tion in the hose and valve.
Turn down the inlet pressure on
the feed pump.
Ensure cooling fans are clear of
obstructions and operating prop-
erly.
Check wire connections and ver-
ify line voltage is within specifica-
tion.
Verify line voltage is within speci-
fication.
Ensure encoder connector is fully
plugged into the circuit board
inside the driver.
Replace encoder.
Replace motor control circuit
board.
Calibrate the Encoder from the
maintenance screen of the
Advanced Display Module
(ADM).
Enter a valid value
Cycle power. Increase ramp up
time. Cycle power to unit
Clean mixer. Cycle power to unit
Make sure that motor has power.
Check power supply if cycle
power is needed
