Appendix A
Default Values and Ranges
A.1

Overview

This appendix provides information on the default values for most transmitter parameters. Where
appropriate, valid ranges are also defined.
These default values represent the transmitter configuration after a master reset. Depending on how
the transmitter was ordered, certain values may have been configured at the factory.

Comments
User-entered value is
corrected to nearest lower
value in list of preset values.
For gas applications,
Micro Motion recommends a
minimum value of 2.56.
For T-Series sensors,this
value represents the FCF and
FT factors concatenated. See
Section 6.2.2.
Recommended setting is 5%
of the sensor's rated
maximum flowrate.
x is obtained by multiplying
the flow calibration factor by
0.2, using units of liters per
second.
