8.3.2. Procedure B: Powder pump / plunger tube cleaning
Before any intervention, refer to the health and safety instructions
12) for the protection of control module valves.
This cleaning is done at each change of shift or at each change of color.
• Step 1: Take the fluidizing tube out of the powder
box, leaving it in the support arm and hold it with the
hook. Swivel the support arm to the outside of the cart
on the Fast Clean side.
• Step 2: Remove the powder box, making sure to close
the plastic over the powder.
The next colour box must be put on after cleaning the
whole equipment otherwise there is a risk of pollution.
• Step 3: Position the gun in the direction of the
ventilated booth and press the trigger several times to
release the remaining powder into the circuit.
• Step 4: Switch the cleaning mode on the Inobox
DRT7145).
