General Checklist

Possible Solution
From the Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device
Manager, uninstall any unknown devices (showing a yellow
question mark). Then, run the setup program on your
Instrument OMNI CD to install the USB device drivers, and
reconnect your USB instruments to the computer.
