Fuel Injectors, Removing And Installing - Audi Q7 2007 Repair Manual

– Tighten the bolt -arrow- to 1 Nm.
– Remove the hand vacuum pump from the connection on the
intake manifold runner control vacuum actuator.
– Install the connector -4- on the Fuel Pressure Sensor - G247- .
– Counterhold the threaded connection and tighten the union
nut -1-.
– Install the high pressure line. Refer to
⇒ "3.15 High Pressure Line, Removing and Installing",
page 47 .
– Make sure the high pressure line is free of tension.
– Install the supercharger. Refer to ⇒ Engine Mechanical; Rep.
Gr. 21 .

♦ Injector/Combustion Chamber Seal Tool Set - T10133C-
Removing
WARNING
There is a risk of injury because the fuel is under very high
pressure.
♦ Reduce the fuel pressure down to residual pressure be‐
fore opening high pressure area of the injection system.
– Reduce the fuel pressure in the high pressure area. Refer to
⇒ "1.6 Pressure, Reducing in High Pressure Area", page 5
