– Disconnect the connector -1-.
– Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the Throttle Valve
Control Module - J338- with the intermediate flange.
Caution
There is a risk of destroying the engine.
♦ Cover the intake channel with a clean cloth to prevent
small particles from getting into the supercharger.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
Tightening specification. Refer to
⇒ Fig. "" Throttle Valve Control Module -J338- - Tightening
Specification"" , page 33
Note
Replace the O-rings.
The hose connections as well as the air duct pipes and hoses
must be free of oil and grease before installing.
Secure all hose connections with standard production hose
clamps. Refer to the Parts Catalog.
To mount the air guide hoses on their connectors securely,
spray the bolts on the used clamps with rust remover before
installing.
– Insert the intermediate flange -2- with the O-rings into the su‐
percharger -1- -left arrows-.
– Position the Throttle Valve Control Module - J338- -3- onto the
intermediate flange -right arrows-.
– Tighten the bolts -4- for the throttle valve control module. Refer
to

– After replacing the throttle valve control module, perform the
