Connecting to the Instrument

The lead coming from the USB Interface has a silver connector that is plugged into
the data port on the rear of the Cygnus 1 Ex instrument.
• Push-down the sealing cap on the data port connector on the rear of the
Cygnus 1 Ex instrument to expose the connector socket,
• Align the red marks on both connector parts,
• Push the connector into the socket until it latches into place.
• To remove the connector, pull-back on the body of the connector to release
the latch, the connector can then be removed.
