Starting The Engine - Raider RD-T10 User Manual

Follow the instructions to mount or assemble the tool with the tool in a ready-to-use position.
Ask your dealer for advice if there is any problem or difficulty with the assembly operations.

STARTING THE ENGINE.

Caution: Make sure the clutch is off and the selector lever is in the neutral position to
avoid sudden uncontrolled movement when the engine starts. The clutch is engaged by
squeezing the clutch lever and disengaged by releasing the clutch.
BEFORE STARTING THE MACHINE SHOULD BE ALWAYS IN HORIZONTAL POSITION!
Turn the fuel valve to "OFF". Set fuel tap from "OFF" to "ON" - fig. 9.
Close the intake manifold (throttle lever) when starting cold engine - position "OFF" - fig.
10.
NOTE: Do not use a vacuum cleaner if the engine is warm or the air temperature is high.
