This register indicates when link was lost since the last
read. For the current link status, either read this register
back-to-back or read RTLink (17.10).
0 = Link is down
1 = Link is up
Jabber Detect
0 = Jabber condition not detected
1 = Jabber condition detected
Extended capability mode.
1 = Extended register capabilities
