4.4.1 Reset LEDs (LED1, LED8)
When LED1 is lit, it indicates that the master reset of all the major ICs is active.
When LED8 is lit, the ADSP-21161N (U1) is being reset. The USB interface
resets the ADSP-21161N during USB communication initialization.
