Change the Coolant

Immediately after the engine stops, coolant is
hot. If coolant is discharged immediately, you
may get burnt. Change coolant after the engine
cools down.
Do not remove the cap when the radiator
coolant is hot. Hot water may spout out.
Rotate the cap slowly to relief the pressure after
the coolant temperature lowers.
1. Slowly turn the cap (3) to remove it.
2. Loosen the drain cock (2) in the lower part of the
radiator and discharge the fluid into a container.
3. Slowly turn the radiator cap (1) to remove it.
4. Wash the coolant tank.
5. After discharging the water, close the drain cock (2).
6. Replenish the radiator with a new LLC mixture from the
radiator inlet. Keep the pressure cap of the coolant
tank removed at this time. After making sure that the
coolant tank is full, close the radiator cap.
7. Replenish the coolant tank with a new LLC mixture.
Check the fluid level from the sight glass (4) of the
coolant tank, and then close the pressure cap of the
coolant tank.
8. Run the engine for 5 minutes, stop the engine, and
check the coolant level after the temperature of the
coolant drops. If the coolant level is not full, replenish it.
