2. Remove the coin selector by pushing it to the back, in order to compress the
metallic spring of the escrow, and then tilt it to the top to extract it.
3. Push the knurled knob inwards and rotate it a quarter turn until you hear
"click". Release the knob.
4. Open the coin selector.
5. Remove any foreign elements.
6. Ensure that the optical sensors are clean. Otherwise, clean them with a
clean cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
7. Ensure that there is no foreign element, sand, etc. in the wheel and the
gears.
8. Close the coin selector and lock it (push the knob and rotate it a quarter turn
counterclockwise)
9. Reassemble the coin selector
Testing
The function of the coin unit should be checked regularly, for instance when
refilling the ticket paper. Select Utilities / Test purchase mode in the service
menu and make test purchases with all the applicable coin types.
