10. Put the paper guide back in place, carefully sliding the paper roll slightly on
the left (8).
11. Put the paper guide notch at the bottom left (9).
12. Attach the paper guide using the clips (10).
13. Reassemble the printer into the terminal
Insert the paper guide with care. An incorrect positioning will lead to a faulty
printer state.
Precautions:
- Use an antistatic wrist strap when handling the print head.
- Do not modify the paper sensors settings.
- Never touch the printer while in use.
- Use paper recommended by Flowbird.
- Exclusively use isopropyl alcohol for cleaning.
- Do not drop the ticket roll on the printer paper guide.
- The cutter knife used for the paper is self-sharpening.
No maintenance operation is required.

Printer Replacement

Do not disassemble the internal components of the printer (knife, etc.).
In case of malfunction, replace the entire printer.
1. Remove the paper from the printer.
2. Pull the printer forward from the shelf.
3. Unplug the cable at the back of the printer (2).
Install the printer in reverse order
