Route-based speed adaptation does not take right
of way regulations into account. The driver is
responsible for complying with road tra c regula-
tions and driving at a suitable speed.
In di cult conditions, the speed selection made
by the system may not always be suitable. This

varying maximum permissible speeds in indi-
