Description
(unused)
1: Serial Number Invalid
This bit is set if the factory-programmed serial number data is
missing or has become corrupt.
0: Calibration Valid
1: Calibration Invalid
This bit is set if the module's calibration data has not been
programmed or has become corrupt.
0: No Fault
1: Fault
This bit is set if any of the above bits are set or if any channel
has its fault bit set.
