Caution! Water on flooring can cause much damage! Until cause is determined (and

repaired), following these procedures:
Use wet-dry vacuum (or mop & bucket) to remove standing water.
Use 'catch pans' for water to drain into. Swap out regularly until case has completely
drained.
TSP*: Check that the drain trap is free of debris.
TSP*: Check that the drain hose is correctly positioned over floor drain.
TSP*: Check store conditions. To prevent condensation in Type 1 environments,
maximum conditions are to be 55% humidity / 75 °Fahrenheit. For Type 2 environments,
maximum conditions are to be 60% humidity / 80 °Fahrenheit. See serial label (at case
rear near main power switch) for Type of your case.
TSP*: Check that overflow evaporator pan is plugged in and operating properly.
TSP*: Wicking material (shown below) may be dirty, worn, tattered or disintegrating.
Check if wicking material needs to be replaced with new.
