The 'Hybridized Samples' screen will appear (Figure 29). Lift the metal lid to place the hybridized
sample strip tube in the sample strip holder, ensuring that tube 1 aligns with position 1
(Figure 30). Note that the strip tube is asymmetrically keyed, and if the strip tube is placed
incorrectly, the lid won't close properly, and the Prep Station will not be able to start processing.
Close the metal lid and press next.
Hybridized sample strip tubes have two notches to ensure proper orientation (between tubes 1-
2 and 8-9).
IMPORTANT:
