Additional Information
• Check the RS-232 interface cable between
the PC and Receiver.
• If the RS-232 connection between the
Receiver and PC is bad (broken or damaged
cable or connectors) or communication is
broken, then the error displayed will indicate
that the Receiver may be in fault. Check the
RS-232 cable or replace it. If the fault persists,
contact Agilent Technologies.
• Check the connection between the USB serial
converter and the PC.
