3.6 Wiring Method

A typical wiring method of JT550 Series Inverter is shown below:
1.JT550-T3-045G/055P~132G/160P
The jumper bar across terminals P1 and (+) must be removed
when DC reactor is outside
Notes:
JT550-T3-037G/45P and the below series without DC reactor
JT550-T3-45G/55P and the above series with DC reactor
inside(optional)

Note:
1) Terminal ●: Major Loop Terminals , Terminal ○: Control Circuit Terminals.
2) The product models with "B" indicates the braking units.
3) Choose the braking resistors based on users' needs. Refer to Selection of Braking Unit and Braking
Resistor (P22-24).
4) Signal wires and power wires must be routed separately. If the control cables and power cables cross
together, it is best to make them crossed as 90 degrees. The analog signal line is best to use shielded twisted
pair; The power cable is best to use shielded three-core cable (its specifications are higher than the average
motor cable's) or to follow the user manual.
5) R is the standard relay, the relay E is optional.
