Changing the material nozzle and the air nozzle
Removing the nozzles
1.
Clean the automatic spray gun (

2.
Unscrew the cap nut with air nozzle ( Fig. 4/4).
3.
Unscrew the material nozzle ( Fig. 4/3), composed of the cannula ( Fig. 4/1) and the seal (
Fig. 4/2), from the main element.
4.
Unscrew the material nozzle and seal from the cannula.
5.
Check the seal for damage and replace it if necessary.
Attaching the nozzles
1.
WARNING!
Risk of injury through the use of incorrect spare parts!
Screw the new material nozzle ( Fig. 4/3) and the seal ( Fig. 4/2) back onto the cannula (
Fig. 4/1).
2.
Insert the mounted cannula back into the main element.
3.
Tighten the new air nozzle with the cap nut ( Fig. 4/4) again.
