Changing the material nozzle and the air nozzle

Removing the nozzles
1.
Interrupt operation (
2.
If necessary, secure the material pressure pump or pressurised material container for the
spray medium against a restart.

Loosen the cap nut ( Fig. 10/1) and remove together with the air nozzle ( Fig. 10/2).
4.
Actuate and hold the pull lever ( Fig. 10/4).
5.
Unscrew the material nozzle ( Fig. 10/3) with a respective fork wrench.
Always replace the material nozzle ( Fig. 10/3) and the material needle ( Fig. 10/5) at
the same time.
Attaching the nozzles
1.
Actuate and hold the pull lever ( Fig. 10/4).
2.
WARNING!
Risk of injury through the use of incorrect spare parts!
Tighten the material nozzle ( Fig. 10/3) with suitable fork wrench.
3.
Release the pull lever ( Fig. 10/4).
4.
Reinsert the air nozzle ( Fig. 10/2) in the cap nut ( Fig. 10/1) and tighten.
